Updates on communication tools, and ongoing neighborhood projects

Communication Channels: Residents can access the Vantaca portal for payments, a new community website for documents, and a Facebook group for neighbor interaction.

Completed Board Actions: The Board successfully transitioned to Cedar Management, launched the neighborhood website, and established a CCR enforcement policy.

Financial & Legal Planning: A reserve study is underway to stabilize future dues, while voting continues for proposed community amendments.

Maintenance & Infrastructure: Projects include an entrance lighting study and ongoing work with M/I to resolve drainage issues for bond release.

Community Involvement: The Board is actively seeking to establish homeowner committees to increase resident participation.
